Why Snoring is Bad for You

Snoring, often dismissed as a harmless annoyance, can actually have significant implications for one’s health and well-being.

Beyond disrupting the sleep of both the snorer and their partner, habitual snoring can indicate underlying health issues and lead to various complications. Firstly, snoring can be a symptom of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), a serious sleep disorder characterized by repeated interruptions in breathing during sleep.
